Tracy D. Williams, has more than 20 years’ experience in human capital and workforce management. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Resource Management from University of Maryland University College and brings wide-ranging knowledge of day-to-day operational activities and functions to include developing and executing custom benefits and compensation packages, coordinating and implementing employee recognition programs.
She has served as a member of the executive management team in the industries of IT, healthcare, legal, accounting and finance, education, theological and various administrative services. Her extensive background includes supporting small and large federal government contractors as well as commercial industries, managing all aspects of its human capital functions but has affinity for small and emerging businesses.
Tracy’s progressive experience includes recruitment and retention, credentialing, planning, scheduling, training development, budgeting, project management, conflict resolution, change management, benefits administration and employee and labor relations. Coupled with her deep industry knowledge, and experience in all facets of Human Resources, Tracy is uniquely qualified to manage the high-energy world of any human capital department
